A. General Questions

Brassitem.com is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace operated by Lockersadda, specializing in brass products, hardware, home décor, and related items. It connects buyers with verified sellers across India.

Brassitem.com is owned and operated by Lockersadda, a GST-registered entity in India.

Yes, creating a free account is required to place an order, track deliveries, and receive support.

B. For Buyers

  • • Browse products on Brassitem.com
  • • Add items to your cart
  • • Proceed to checkout
  • • Enter your delivery details and make payment
  • • Receive order confirmation via email/SMS

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Shipping timelines vary depending on the seller’s location and your delivery address. Average delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Yes, you may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed (see our Cancellation & Return Policy).

  • • Most items are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • • Certain items (custom-made, perishable, or clearance products) may not be eligible.

Refunds can be requested through your account dashboard. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

C. For Sellers

You can register as a seller by filling out the Seller Registration Form and submitting required documents such as GSTIN, PAN, and bank details.

Commission varies by product category (see our Pricing & Commission Policy). Typically, 5% – 15% is charged per successful order.

Payments are settled on a weekly/bi-weekly cycle, after deducting commission, taxes, and applicable fees (see Seller Payment Settlement Policy).

If a buyer returns the product within the return window, the product will be shipped back to you, and the order value will be adjusted in your next payout.

Yes, sellers can opt for paid promotions and featured listings to boost visibility.

D. Policies & Compliance

Yes, we follow strict Privacy and Security Policies to protect buyer and seller information.

Such listings are strictly prohibited. The seller account will be suspended or terminated as per our Intellectual Property and Compliance Policies.

You can contact our Grievance Officer via email at grievance@brassitem.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
