For all legal, taxation, and GST purposes, Brassitem.com is owned and operated by LockersAdda (GST registered entity). Throughout these Terms & Conditions, references to “Brassitem”, “we”, “our”, or “us” shall mean LockersAdda, the legal entity operating Brassitem.com.

By accessing, registering, or using Brassitem.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Marketplace: The platform provided by Brassitem.com where sellers can list and buyers can purchase brass products
• Seller: Any individual, firm, or company registered on Brassitem.com to sell goods.
• Buyer/Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing goods via Brassitem.com.
• User: Any person accessing or using Brassitem.com, including both buyers and sellers.
• Order: A confirmed purchase transaction between a buyer and a seller.
• Products: Brass items listed by sellers on the platform.
• Services – Online marketplace services enabling listing, promotion, sale, purchase, payment, and delivery facilitation.

• Brassitem.com is a marketplace brand, operated under the GST entity name LockersAdda.
• All invoices, taxation, and compliance are handled in the name of LockersAdda

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to register or transact.
• Users must provide accurate personal, business, and GST details.
• Brassitem.com (LockersAdda) reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false information or misuse.
• Be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are capable of entering into binding agreements.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent activities.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and transactions.

• Brassitem.com is an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Contracts of sale are strictly between buyers and independent sellers listed on the marketplace. Brassitem.com (LockersAdda) only facilitates the transaction.
• Brassitem.com does not guarantee product quality, legality, or suitability but ensures compliance with marketplace policies.

• Sellers must register with valid GST, PAN, and KYC details.
• All invoices will be issued by the seller under their own GST number, except for products sold by LockersAdda directly.
• Sellers must ensure that all products comply with applicable laws (Consumer Protection Act, Legal Metrology Act, BIS Standards, etc.).
• Sellers are responsible for packaging, warranty, returns, and after-sales service.
• Any violation may result in suspension, delisting, or termination of seller account.

• Buyers must provide accurate shipping and billing details.
• Buyers agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, or false claims.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.
• Acceptance of delivery under Open Box Delivery (where applicable) shall be treated as final confirmation of correct and undamaged goods.

• All payments are processed through Brassitem’s secure payment gateway partners.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made at the time of delivery.
• Prices and shipping charges are determined by sellers and communicated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, or discrepancies arising from payment processes managed by third parties.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by sellers or third-party service providers.
• Brassitem.com (LockersAdda) may charge a commission or service fee as agreed with the seller.
• Settlement to sellers will be done by LockersAdda as per the Seller Payment Settlement Policy.
• Brassitem reserves the right to hold or deduct payments in case of disputes, fraud, or policy violations.

• Sellers are solely responsible for setting product prices and applicable GST rates.
• All invoices will include GST details of the seller, or of LockersAdda where the sale is by the entity itself.
• Buyers agree to pay the final price displayed at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges.

• Sellers are responsible for timely shipping and ensuring safe delivery of products.
• Brassitem.com may provide logistics support via partnered courier companies.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary.
• Open Box Delivery allows buyers to check product condition before accepting.
• Once a buyer accepts the order under Open Box Delivery, no future claims of “empty box” or “wrong item” shall be entertained.

• Returns and refunds shall be governed by Brassitem’s Return & Refund Policy.
• Products once accepted under Open Box Delivery cannot be returned for physical mismatch/damage.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
• Cancellation of orders must be requested before the order is dispatched, subject to seller approval.

• All content on Brassitem.com (logos, trademarks, graphics, website design) is owned by LockersAdda and protected under IP laws.
• Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Brassitem a license to display and market them.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data provided by users is processed only for account creation, order fulfilment, and service improvement in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Brassitem.com acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for

• product defects, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations by sellers
• shipping delays, damages, or losses
• disputes between buyers and sellers
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Liability of Brassitem/LockersAdda in any case shall not exceed the transaction amount.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

• In case of disputes between buyer and seller, Brassitem.com will facilitate resolution as per the Dispute Resolution Policy
• In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, we encourage users to resolve matters amicably.
• If disputes cannot be resolved, either party may seek mediation.
• If disputes remain unresolved, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where LockersAdda is registered.

Brassitem.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or block user access at any time for violations of these Terms.

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of [Aligarh (U.P].

• Brassitem.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Brassitem.com (LockersAdda) reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and effective immediately upon posting.
